Keep yourself hydrated. Drink lots of water throughout the day. This will help you keep hunger pangs at bay. Your body needs sufficient hydration to keep healthy. Drinking water will help your skin from becoming too dry because of the colder temperature. Green tea and other warm beverages will also help you but always keep a bottle of water nearby to remind you to take your daily eight glasses.

Step on that treadmill and start pumping those muscles. Don’t let the lazy atmosphere stall you from doing your exercise. Maintain consistent exercise at least two to three times a week. And Vitamin D from the sun is needed to get you in most favorable disposition through out the day. But remember to get into the habit of putting on sunscreen when you get exposed to the sun for a long period of time. The winter sun can be just as damaging as the summer sun.
