Cut the lower part of the pants and shirt then paint the shirt and pants with different colour to add more texture and effects. If possible, dark colored paints are good to use. Mask is optional. You can also use a hat and glue some film strip to create a shoulder level hair using scissors. Scary character is best to portray having a long hair since it add an odd appearance.

4. Flirty Tinker Bell: Most sweet little girls want this for their Halloween Costume and you can prepare this in less than ten minutes. Just look for an old ballet dress in any color. A pair of doll shoes, stockings and everything is set. You can have imaginary wings by using small wires and add some colored plastic bags. Cut the plastic bags into the shape and size of the imaginary wings and paste it with glue.

5. Mr Gangster: This is a very common costume and easy to find. Just look for a checkered shirt, suspender belt, pants, boots, plastic pistol and your kids is set and ready to go for a round of trick or treat.
